Body Blast!
Our Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning fitness classes have a new name - - "Body Blast" and a new composition. All the same intensity, cardio, abs, endurance building and weight challenges will be fused into one class and offered three times a week. This new class will be one amazing workout! Come and give "Body Blast" a try - - you won't be disappointed.
